About Moharli Zone
Moharli (also spelled as Mohurli) is the most famous and highly accessible core zone of the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. Located conveniently near Chandrapur, this zone boasts exceptional tiger sightings and diverse wildlife.
It offers extensive jeep safari routes, moving through dense bamboo thickets, lakes, and open meadows, providing tourists with excellent photography opportunities. Telia Lake, located within this zone, is a hotspot for spotting wild dogs, sloth bears, and the legendary tigers of Tadoba.

Widely considered some of the best buffer zones in all of India. These gates frequently rival the core zones for tiger sightings (thanks to famous resident tigresses) and offer spectacular photography opportunities.
Buffer Junona & Mamla
Scenic and quieter buffer areas featuring lovely water bodies. Ideal for bird watching, spotting wild dogs (dholes), and tracking elusive leopards away from the massive crowds.
